I posted this on instagram the other day and got so many messages about it that I promised I would show you my “routine”. It was winter of 2021. I was looking in the mirror and was weirded out at how much my face had changed during that first year+ of covid. The stress of it all really got to me. I looked like I had aged about 5 years in a bit over 1. I’m all about aging, truth be told I kind of love it. My hair is starting to become more silver every day and I think I am going to keep letting it do it’s thing. However, I want to feel and look healthy and strong. And I didn’t see that in my reflection. I started doing my face work outs consistently (like I’m talking, 4 days a week if not more) about a year ago. And I gotta say, it WORKS. It’s similar to growing your ass in a workout, and kind of hilarious.
