There’s a certain kind of store you walk into. Merci in Paris, Alex Eagle in London, VU in Berlin, where it doesn’t feel like shopping. It feels like stepping into a world: a living apartment you want to move into immediately. A place where a sofa, a lamp, a shirt, and a ceramic vessel all speak to each other in a quiet, intelligent rhythm.
That’s the spirit I wanted to bring into this post: Fall and it’s new beginning, settling into our home, and item’s I’ve actually purchased recently, a Studio Noto moodboard made physical.
What I’ve Actually Purchased
Right now two things are happening. We are remodeling our Portland House, furnishing it, and living in it more often. And Fall is here. So both my home and my closet have been getting a touch of extra love. Being a fall baby (Oct. Scorpio over here hunnie), it always feels like the right time to let new in.
For the body:
My not so special life hack for designer clothing on a budget is ebay. Lately I have been really deep diving in vintage Prada and Versace. The fabrics and quality are unbeatable and I always find something under $100.
- Vintage Prada cropped pants - Easy to find and they are a staple in my wardrobe. Literally will go with anything and any mood.

Here are a few I found that are still available :
Here - Here - Here
- These Sequin bags. I don’t know where this came from, but lately I’ve really been into a bag with some…flair.

- This (I can honestly say) incredible tool. After one use, my skin looked more plump and vibrant. I used it with my Deep Serum to help glide and get the product in really well. It has EMS + Red Light…honestly, what was i doing before??? If you are a fan of Microneedle or Dermarollers, this one is IT.
For the home:
- I was just in London for a shoot and had to stop into Alex Eagle’s shop. It’s what dreams are made of. I contained myself and only purchased these beautiful napkins. I can’t seem to find them on their site, but here is something a touch similar that I am also loving :

- This side table…We needed a little nightstand for our bedroom and landed on this one on a shocking website that I didn’t anticipate finding something on, but did!
- This James Cherry light to go above said nightstand - If I could, I would own many other pieces from this artist. I love the mix of materials and tones. They make me feel warm.
- This Wooj Design Brutialist lamp. We just had a bunch of built in shelves installed in our house, and small but smart lamps have been on our radar to help keep the space warm. Another unexpected find on the UO site…
- This coffee table - I was shocked at the craftsmanship of this table. It was exactly what we needed in our den to tie things in. It has a very italian vibe while still being minimal and sexy.
Daily Objects to Live With
Skin Hero’s Kit— My anchor ritual. I use these two products literally every day.
The Planner by Studio Noto — Proof that a practical tool can be an object of beauty. I think of it like a daily architecture of time.
The lesson across them all: restraint. Give objects room. Let them age. Think less about buying the perfect thing, and more about building a rhythm of things that sharpen each other.
Thanks for joining me today. And thank you for reading my little corner of the world.
